Launch the app or website tour

To learn more about how to navigate the Customer app or Customer website, you can launch the interactive tour.

To launch the Customer app tour:

  1. Log into the Customer app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap App Tour.
  4. Swipe left to progress through the tour.
  5. Tap Close to exit the Customer app tour.

To launch the Customer website tour:

  1. Log into the Customer website.
  2. Click Support. 
  3. Click Launch Website Tour.
  4. Click Get Started.
  5. Click Learn More to progress through the tour.
