The name of a mobile push notification device can be updated using the Customer app or Customer website.

Change the name of a push device

The name of a push device can be changed using the Customer app or Customer website.

To change the name of a push device using the Customer app:icn-chevron-down.svg
  1. Log into the Customer app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Manage Devices.
  4. In Mobile Devices, tap the desired push device.
  5. Enter the desired name for the push device.
  6. Tap OK. 
To change the name of a push device using the Customer website:icn-chevron-down.svg
  1. Log into the Customer website.
  2. Click Settings. 
  3. Click Manage Devices.
  4. In Mobile Devices, click the desired push device.
  5. Enter the desired name for the push device.
  6. Click OK.
